These terms and conditions apply to every offer from LYLYTCG and to every distance contract concluded between LYLYTCG and the consumer.

3. Offer & products

All products in our webshop are described as accurately as possible. Our Pokémon cards are removed from boosters ourselves and carefully stored immediately. This guarantees that all cards are 100% authentic, new, and in excellent condition .

Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind LYLYTCG.

4. Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout.

5. Order & payment

Orders are processed after successful payment. We offer secure payment methods such as iDEAL, PayPal, credit card, and other common options.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from the Netherlands. We aim to ship orders within two business days . Delivery times are approximate and cannot be relied upon.

7. Returns

Returns are possible in accordance with the right of withdrawal, unless the product is excluded from this right. Individual cards cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.

8. Liability

LYLYTCG is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages or losses arising from misuse of products.

9. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements.
